Some people have laughed when I’ve mentioned making bras, but I always know when a lady has difficulty finding the right size. This course is for any one who can’t get a comfortable bra. 7 out of 10 ladies are probably wearing the wrong size to begin with!! I have made sample bras to try on. When we get the right size, adjustments can be made to fit your own needs. Then the whole process of making the bra will begin, we will cover making the cups, elastic strapping, rings & sliders, wires (which are comfortable when you get the right size!) fastenings & finishing. Once you get the hang of 1/4” seams and working with fine stretch fabric, making a bra only takes a couple of hours! You can get between two & four bras out of 1/2 a metre of fabric, so its cost effective too. Book early for this one as it sells out fast! NOTE: Fittings will be at 1.30, on the dates below. There is no time on the course day for fittings. Fittings only take about 10mins If you can't make it to the fitting day, you can make a standard size bra on the day & have a fitting at lunchtime. A pattern will then be sent on to you.
