Placing an order
Minimum order vaue: £10.00 plus postage & packing. Payment can be made by cheque or by debit or credit card. Make cheques payable to `English Couture Company'. Orders will not be dispatched until the cheque arrives.
Postage & Packing
This is based on the value of the order. Allow 5 working days for despatch (Longer for very busy times!)

An extra, £1 postage will be charged if the order includes a book. This charge is per. book

Orders will be charged according to postal charges on all orders, regardless of value.
The Small Print
Prices are per metre unless otherwise stated and include UK VAT. Orders over £250 are subject to 5% discount.
The English Couture Company reserves the right to alter products or prices without notice. Damage or shortage of goods must be notified to the company within 7 days of receipt of your order.

Workshops start at 10a.m. prompt and finish at approx 4.p.m. All materials and equipment to complete the workshops are provided including sewing machines. Tea and coffee will be provided. Lunch facilities vary as to which venue you are using. Please ask for details, or alternatively bring a packed lunch.
Please note:
Due to the comprehensive knowledge and personalised tuition operated throughout all the one day workshops, they can sometimes run over.

Terms & Conditions
A booking is made when we receive your booking form & in return, you have received a conformation letter. This will be on a first come first served basis. All workshops must be paid for in full.
By you: Refunds for cancellations will be issued on the following basis

Less than 7 days notice NIL

No transfers with 7days or less notice.
By us: If we have to make unavoidable alterations to our programme you will be informed immediately when an alternate date can be arranged or a full refund will be given.
Provisional bookings will only be taken along with a non refundable deposit of £25.
